Seshadri (Nathan, as he is known) is an investor, registered valuer and advises on funding and strategy. During his career of 20 years in Asia and the US, Nathan has consulted in strategy, valuations, corporate finance, financial planning and analysis, forecasting, and investments covering six continents ranging to $1Bn. Nathan lived and worked in the United States and Kuwait with corporate and individual clients worldwide, including the Indian sub-continent, North America, the UK, Europe, North and Sub-Saharan Africa, Middle East Asia, and Japan.

Nathan is presently Venture Partner, ah! Ventures focused on startup funding; a Registered Valuer under the Companies Act and the co-founder and Board member of Seshadri Nathan Securities Pvt. Ltd. focusing on strategic financial consulting, startup funding, and investing. He was also the founding Managing Director of JRSCA Consulting and Advisory Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru based consulting company with offices in Kerala and Chennai; he has been Director of the Board for Eurosia BIM Services Pvt. Ltd and is currently a Director of QHI Private Ltd. He is also associated with Mauritius, the Middle East, and USA consulting firms. He is a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder and has an Executive MBA from IIM Kozhikode from their Kochi campus with Strategy and Marketing electives. Nathan is a member of the Mumbai Angels Network and the International Business Brokers Association. Nathan is giving back to society as a Rotarian and to the profession in various volunteering capacities with the CFA Institute. He also co-authored a textbook on the Valuation of Options for the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, multiple articles, and has delivered numerous speeches and training on topics ranging from the India Budget, Valuation of companies, funding of SMEs, the ins and outs of angel investing, valuing a startup, pitching for startups and on aspects of strategy and transaction services like M&A.
